When is construction set to commence and when will titles for stage 1 be issued?
Construction is projected to commence in February next year with titles anticipated to issue in December.
Do I have to build within a certain time?
Not at all. You can build straight away or in 20 years time, it is up to you.
Is Harpers Lane being upgraded?
Yes, it is being both widened and sealed from Ambrosia’s southern boundary right up to the intersection of Lauriston Reservoir Road.
What are the restrictions or design guidelines of what you can build?
